A building comes down in a fixed order, so that useful material comes out whole and only true waste becomes rubble.
We walk the building, measure it and note every door, grille, beam and tile worth saving.
Doors, windows, grilles, fans, wiring, sanitary ware and tiles come out by hand first.
Floor by floor, top first. Steel is cut out of each slab before the concrete is broken.
Bricks, steel, wood, metal scrap and rubble go into separate lots. Each lot is weighed on a weighbridge.
Rubble is carted away for recycling, the ground is levelled and you get a waste disposal certificate.

Houses, shops, godowns and old factories up to four floors. We bring the crew, machines and safety gear, deal with the municipal paperwork and leave the plot level.
Before anything is broken, we list what your building is worth as material. Steel, wood, doors, grilles, tiles and fittings are weighed and priced at the day's market rate.
Good doors, windows, beams and bricks go to our yard and are sold again to people building on a budget. Broken concrete is crushed into aggregate for roads and filling.
